Getting into training can be tough when you're dealing with injuries or limitations. You can see a physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, or other professional to assist you with your particular issues; however, you won't have access to their knowledge while training. Alternately, you could find a personal trainer who may not have the expertise to understand how to avoid aggravating your issue further and progressively work you through the stages of healing and recovery.

My goal is to give you both in one place. I provide detailed assessment of mobility, strength, and pain mechanisms with graphed progress reports - this way you can improve day by day. Things going great and symptoms decreasing? We can do more. Symptoms flared up? We will have the information to tell us why and how we can adjust to prevent further issues.
